Angus Lamond, J.D.

Angus joined Mulhern & Scott as an Associate in 2026. He works closely with clients to structure and implement their estate plans. His approach combines careful attention to the legal and tax complexities with a genuine sensitivity to how it all affects the families involved. He also handles a broad range of business and financial transactions that often arise while administering trusts and estates.

Angus graduated from Boston University School of Law in 2026. At BU Law, he was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Science and Technology Law. He earned a B.A. in Psychology from Bates College, where he was a four-year member of the football team. Between college and law school, Angus taught high school history. He gained legal experience during law school through various positions with law firms and state government.

A Portsmouth native, Angus lives in Newburyport with his fiancée, Emily. Outside the office, he enjoys basketball, golf, hiking, and just about anything that gets him outdoors.
